New to beekeeping/new apiary registration form

If you are new to beekeeping you must become registered. The quickest way to register as a new beekeeper is via HiveHub using the New Beekeeper option.
There is no charge to register yourself as a beekeeper however all registered beekeepers are required to pay an annual AFB levy. You will be invoiced for this directly in early April.
If you wish to amend your existing apiary information, this is best done via HiveHub

Transfer of apiary form

Complete this form if you are transferring your apiary site to another beekeeper

Apiary/beekeeper deregistration form

Complete this form if you wish to cancel your beekeeper registration.

Multiple apiary deregistration form

Complete this form if you need to cancel multiple apiary sites

AFB Reporting and Destruction Form

If you have AFB you MUST complete this form

Commercial Disease Elimination Conformity Agreement (DECA) form

Hobbyist Disease Elimination Conformity Agreement (DECA) form

You can apply for a DECA from your Hivehub homepage. The ‘Apply for DECA’ button is enabled when you have been a registered beekeeper for a minimum of 12 months. Alternatively you can apply for your DECA by printing and completing this form and posting to the address detailed at the top of the first page, or you can scan and email your completed form to [email protected]
This form can also be downloaded and typed on, saved and then emailed.
